This is the diazepam.1 collection. Diazepam is a GABA-A receptor PAM (positive allosteric modulator).

Diazepam.1-DART.2 is the active DRUG-DART: contains the HaloTag ligand to covalently tether to cell-type of interest and target endogenous receptors; used in conjunction with the Alx647.1-DART.2

Diazepam.1-PEG is the CONTROL drug-PEG: used in conjunction with blank-DART.2 plus Alx647.1-DART.2 to mimic ambient drug levels
